The richness prior to the dreamer

by | Consciousness, Growth, Personal Development

We are the universe, each one of us is a unique expression of the wonderful vastness full of uncountable treasures that we can appreciate and enjoy every day.

Dreaming is wonderful when we do not encapsulate ourselves in the narrow confines of preconceived notions or unneeded wants, and instead we listen to the already present symphony that echoes from the pleasant quietude of our essence.

Often, we may limit our essence to the crowded districts of our mental screen, pursuing big dreams within the small parameters of what we might think is possible.

Life is not meant to be postponed, it is to be enjoyed now.

On occasions, we may elaborate complex boxes of an ambition that perceives contentment in opposition.

Decorated with the shades and hues of expectations and societal validation, and then maybe wonder afterwards, why the immensity of our essence feels restrained.

When we deeply observe the relevance of living from our human precious essence, rather than just formulating future outcomes from the mental screen, we see the profound sense and fulfillment that the present provides.

It is the clarity and satisfaction enjoyed being the vast wonderfulness we are, instead of endlessly trying to be something.

Unfurling the precious essence that exists prior to the dreamer, which is formed out of processes, out of mental constructs, enables us to truly dream big, beyond the narrow confines of the mental box.

The dreamer is somewhere, in some place or space, in some background. This background is prior to the dreamer. This background is the essence.

The dreamer is often a “me” or “I”, which is created out of the aggregates of form, feeling, perception, mental formations, and self-consciousness.

We have a body, feelings, and perceptions. The interactions of these derivate in mental constructs, and we may be conscious of them from the point of view of a me or I, which is a concept that all these originated.

In a greater scheme of things, we can also be aware of our essence, which is the background where all these are taking place.

Our essence is what we truly are, prior to all aggregates, including of course the concept of the dreamer.

Observing the seeds of mighty trees, we may see that they are not concerned with complex expectations of their future greatness.

They naturally get deeper into the rich earth, following the inborn wisdom that accompanies their development.

They do not bloom from mental calculations, but from the innate preciousness within their very essence.

In our essence spring the wisdom and creativity that reaches beyond the frustrations that often come from mental constructs.

It is the quiet flow that nourishes authentically satisfying expressions. Prior to the restless clamor of our thoughts, our essence is the intuitive compass that signals towards true potential.

Prior to the dreamer, there are the often forgotten gifts of appreciation and gratefulness.

Living from the inside out, from our essence, involves the clarity we encounter in stillness.

The delights granted through meditation and the direct observation of the natural world.

Direct means seeing, not just dissecting and filtering through mental processes.

The dreams of the so-called mind, are frequently like a restless sea, often clouding the depths of our essence.

We can differentiate the intuitive inner voice from the often incessant demands of the mirage referred to as ego.

Prior to the concept of a dreamer, is us, what we truly are, the essence that rejoices in all already available enjoyments.

We can be what we are, the immensity of existence. Making sure we do not dream big inside the small mental box.

The warmth of our heart quietly cherishes our attention and presence.

Reconnecting with the body is starting coming back home, through the beautiful vessel that carries our sensations and experiences, the temple of our essence.

Stabilizing ourselves in the present moment, we realign with the wisdom within.

Dreams are often more rewarding and playful when the dreamer is our essence. They frequently result in being burdensome when the dreamer is a conceptual me or I.

The mental box is often built upon expectations and conditionings pointing to desired results.

Our essence does not have to be released, it is simply not attached to outcomes.

Living from our essence means that we appreciate the unfolding of the universe, instead of being carried away by mental projections.

Our essence is the foundation for expressing authentic creativity, it is beyond marketing, it shines true wellbeing and creates a meaningful and beautiful world.

Living from our essence, we are present beyond the limitations of our perceived current abilities. We encounter the depth of eternity, a wellspring of bliss, harmony and pleasantness.

We rediscover the gifts of interconnectedness that our mental conditioned formations could never have dreamt of.

The dreams we chase inside the mental box frequently overvalue a fleeting satisfaction, a mirage of “having reached” that soon fades away.

It is about enjoying the journey of being, not about being lost while achieving.

If dreaming big means ending up losing health, quality moments and basically the richness of our lives, we may better consider being blissfully thankful for the immensity of the preciousness we already have, before even coming up with dreams or an illusory and partial concept of dreamer.

If we have a natural appreciation and a sense of completeness, we may not need to think all that much about motivation.

When something feels forceful does not result in the natural flow our essence enjoys.

Human potential is not confined to mental formations, we can observe our essence’s ability to transcend limitations.

Our ability to reach beyond our limits is not just about dreaming big in a small box.

Perhaps realizing afterwards that the box actually is restricted by data and most importantly, by its very nature.

Our essence is the transcendence.

The natural enjoyment of our essence can move more playfully through the challenges often presented while addressing innovation.

It highlights the love involved in true and perdurable novel solutions and wellbeing enhancing perspectives within currently perceived conditioned limitations.

We are immensely more than a conceptual, not essential dreamer, and totally more than by nature unsatisfying dreams. We are the richness that this wonderful existence is.

When this view is applied to personal growth, it travels through true one’s discovery, especially, if one is in a place where one feels constrained.

It is about developing as a person in an essential way, even while the external environment or circumstances are not changing.

If we are dreaming from the essence, we are existentially acting, rather than just mentally dreaming.

If we are dreaming from the false concept of separation, we are dreaming without substance.

If we are dreaming without substance, we will probably arrive at frustration sooner or later.

From our essence, we are content, thus our actions are total, significant.

From a sense of lack, our actions are often partial.

Unfulfilling dreams may not have a sense of plenitude.

Prior to the dreamer, there is wonderfulness, preciousness, wholeness.

We are not meant to be lost constantly chasing dreams and finding it hard to keep up with motivation while doing so.

Let us discern the extent to which we rely on motivation to dream, moving from being partial dreamers to observers who delve deeply, stepping into the boundless and immensely rich expanse of our true nature.

Let us be complete, loving, and blissful dreamers, experiencing truly fulfilling dreams.

Let us share these rich experiences together.
