Nurturing the Immense Garden

by | Growth, Personal Development, Wisdom

To continue the path of one’s growth is to nourish the garden within, the spaciousness where the seeds of an enhanced potential, perhaps latent at times, may gladly sprout fresh and keep on flourishing.

It is not meant to be a stormy endeavor, it can be an enjoyable, gentle unfolding. When it is pleasant, we have time to our favor, making it a dance with the cultivation.

To approach it with wisdom and joy is to grow without the need for immediate gratification. Rewards are inherent in the journey, when we observe the artistry of improving.

Recognizing at first the ground from where growth springs, with the comprehension of one’s own tendencies, beyond the contours of character and personality, we can hear the subtle whispers of our essence.

This rich fertile soil is nurtured through introspection and enjoying stillness. After listening to the melody of our innermost center, we can record written notes on the insights.

A meditative approach and occasionally an attentive contemplation are priceless instruments in this adventure.

Secondly, we can choose the seeds we would like to grow. The skills and perspectives, and the wonderful virtues we want to infuse in them.

Cultivating with precision rather than trying to encompass a lot, we can direct our energy more accurately toward them.

If we are not impatient, we do not need to think in terms of being patient, light through time is paramount to grow. As roots grow deeper, so it do stability and its fruits.

To nourish regularly is essential for a well balanced garden. Its nutrients can come from the tranquility encountered during rest, new viewpoints shared in meaningful interactions, or awe granted by art and nature.

Having experiences that develop our vision, expanding our demarcations, and vibrating with our most beautiful qualities.

Selecting is fundamental for growth, counting on improved relationships, discerning and enabling the flow of beautiful energy to reach new shores.

Observing the nature of the changing seasons, we can naturally accept them and benefit from their rhythm. A faster perceived blossom often comes from a slow and quiet period.

We can celebrate through appreciation the wonderfulness of the existential interconnection, which brings spring again.

Thirdly, we can remember that imperfections are part of the path, frequently, hindrances do not stop the way, they enrich it.

Being thankful to the process, we enjoy nurturing.

Delighting in our immense garden of course is not a competition, but a walk through refinement, expressing our presence in enhanced ways, cooperating with existence.

Gratefully collaborating with life, rather than looking for its meaning, we can give it precious meanings.

After all, if we are the evolution of stellar dust, we have the opportunity that distant stars may not have, shared moments of appreciation often prelude a fascinating growth.
